Sheikh Hazem bin Saeed Haider Saeed Al-Karmi (born February 18, 1964 in Tulkarm) is a scholar, jurist and reciter, born in the Palestinian city of Tulkarm, a scholar in the field of Qur'anic sciences and interpretation, a reciter and teacher of the Holy Quran at the Prophet's Mosque, and director of the Digital Research Center for the Service of the Holy Quran and its Sciences at the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Medina.

Upbringing and educational attainment

Sheikh Hazem Saeed Haidar Saeed Al-Karmi was born in the city of Tulkarm in the State of Palestine on February 18, 1964,[2] he was educated in the schools of his city of Tulkarm, memorized the Holy Quran from a young age, and studied Tajweed in his city of Tulkarm,[2] His grandfather Said al-Karmi was a sheikh in Tulkarm, Sheikh Hazem al-Karmi traveled to Medina in Saudi Arabia. To receive more Sharia sciences, he obtained a high school in the Scientific Institute, then joined the Faculty of the Holy Quran at the Islamic University in Medina where he received the ten readings, Quran sciences, Sharia sciences and Arabic language sciences, and after graduation he joined the Department of Graduate Studies at the same university, and obtained a master's degree with distinction in Tafseer and Qur'anic sciences, and then obtained a doctorate degree with first honors in Tafseer and Qur'an sciences from the same university.  During this time, he read and received readings and various sciences outside the university, and in the Prophet's Mosque on the scholars of Medina and others.

 

 Work experience

  • Teaching the Qur'an, readings and others at his home and in the Prophet's Mosque.
  • Teaching the science of the Holy Quran and the subject of endowment, initiation and intonation during the explanation of the system of the island introduction, in the course of preparing teachers of the Holy Quran at the Society for the Memorization of the Holy Quran in Medina from 1413 AH to 1417 AH.
  • Teaching in the Tajweed course held by the King Fahd Complex for the printing of the Holy Quran at the Prophet's Mosque.
  • Participation in seminars held by the King Fahd Complex for the printing of the Holy Quran.
  • He participated in the evaluation of many of the research submitted to the seminars held by the complex.
  • Evaluation of many of the research presented to the Symposium on Mosque Architecture held at King Saud University in Riyadh.
  • Calendar of many master's anddoctoral theses and books submitted for printing in the complex.
  • Supervise the preparation of a dictionary (indexed) of the works of the interpretation of the Holy Quran issued by the Scientific Affairs of the Complex.

  • Shaykh 'Abd al-Salam Habous al-Masri: He memorized most of the Qur'an in Hafs's account of Asim from al-Shatabiya.
  • Sheikh Ammar bin Tawfiq al-Badawi: He received the flag of Tajweed in the city of Tulkarm in Palestine.
  • Shaykh Mahmud ibn Raji Hassan: He received the science of Tajweed.
  • Al-Allama Ahmad ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz al-Zayyat: He read to him in Cairo and then in Medina a seal with the ten readings from the road of al-Shatabiya and al-Durra, and another with Hafs about Asim of Tayyiba and authorized him with them, and read to him some books of hadith, and Ibn Aqeel explained to him on the millennium of Ibn Malik in grammar and the system of performance in the endowment and beginning of Ibn al-Tahan al-Samati.
  • Shaykh Muhammad Karim ibn Sa'id Rajeh (Shaykh al-Qura'a in Damascus): He stayed with his lessons during his stay in Damascus, and read to him the Qur'an in Hafs's novel from al-Shatabiya, and authorized him to do so.
  • Sheikh Ayman Rushdi Sweid: He read to him the island in Jeddah, absent in one Majlis and authorized it to him.
  • Shaykh Muhammad Tamim al-Zu'bi: He read to him something of Tajweed by explaining the island introduction, and he read to him a seal with Hafs's novel about Asim of Taybeh and authorized him to do so, and he read to him the seven readings individually and then collectively, until the end of Surat al-Tawbah and he did not complete.
  • Sheikh Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Othaimeen: He attended his classes at the Grand Mosque in Ramadan several years.
  • Shaykh 'Abd al-Fattah al-Sayyid 'Ajmi al-Marsfi: He read to him some explanation of the al-Jazeera introduction in Tajweed, and he read a seal with Hafs's novel from al-Shatabiya, and he authorized it to him, and then he read to him the seven of the Shatabiya in combination to his saying Almighty {and we wrote on them in it} from Surat al-Ma'idah.
  • Shaykh Muhammad al-Muntasir ibn Muhammad Ja'far al-Kettani: He studied on him the explanation of Imam Ahmad's Misnad in the Prophet's Mosque, and authorized it with his narrations in the hadith.
  • Shaykh 'Abd al-Rahman al-Berri: Hafs read to him from al-Shatabiya to his saying 'Allah has repented of the Prophet, the immigrants and the supporters' from Surat al-Tawbah and has not been completed.
  • Shaykh Abu al-Hasan Muhi al-Din al-Kurdi (Shaykh Muqra'a Zayd ibn Thabit in Damascus): The Holy Qur'an of Hafs was read to him in Damascus about Asim from al-Shatabiya to the end of Surat al-'Imran.
