Saad Sayel (1942-1982, Kufer Qliel, Nablus) Military Education, the Jordanian Military Academy 1951, trained in Britain 1954 and 1958 and in the United States 1960 and 1966, Upgraded to Colonel Status in command a military division in the Jordanian Armey.
