Born on November 9, 1980, a Palestinian judge, born in the Palestinian city of Tulkarm, held a number of legal positions in the State of Palestine, and is the president of the Arab Union of Judges, and one of the founders of the Union, Judge Ahmed Al-Ashqar was elected president of the Arab Union of Judges by all Arab member states during the founding conference of the Union in Tunisia, on September 22, 2018.ـ

Achievements and Awards

On January 25, 2012, Ahmed Al-Ashqar took the oath before the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Farid Al-Jallad, as a judge of peace, according to a decree issued by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

He held the position of the execution judge at Jenin Court.

Head of the Studies and Research Center in the Palestinian Supreme Judicial Council.

On June 14, 2020, a presidential decree was issued by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to mandate the Ashkar judge for legal work in Palestinian ministries and government institutions.
