Bashir Nafeh (born February 29, 1960 in Qalandia refugee camp - November 9, 2005 in Amman) is a Palestinian military brigadier who served as the head of the Palestinian Military Intelligence Service in the West Bank in 2005.

Bashir Nafeh was born on February 29, 1960 in the Palestinian refugee camp of Qalandia, to a Muslim family who had emigrated from the devastated village of Saris. He received his primary and preparatory education in UNRWA schools in Qalandia camp, and completed secondary education at the Jordanian School in Al-Bireh. He received his BA in Political Science from Beirut Arab University.

Contributed to the formation of youth committees for social work. In the eighties he engaged in military action. In 1988, Israel deported him to Lebanon. He became involved in political work in Lebanon and was one of the officials in the Occupied Territory Authority.

After the Oslo Accords, he returned to the West Bank, and was commissioned by Palestinian President Yasser Arafat in 1999 to form the Special Units Service in the West Bank, and was its head until Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas issued a decision merging the agency with the Military Intelligence Service in the West Bank and appointed as its head.

On November 4, 2005, Nafeh moved to the Jordanian capital, Amman, to coordinate a military training program for members of the Palestinian Military Intelligence. On November 9, 2005, while he was at the Grand Hyatt Amman, the Amman bombings took place in 2005 and led to his death, as the initial death toll reached 57 people. Al-Jihad base in Mesopotamia claimed responsibility for the bombings.

On November 11, 2005, his body arrived in the West Bank, and a military funeral was held for him and three other Palestinians, in which the Palestinian President, Prime Minister, Speaker of the Legislative Council and others participated in Ramallah. He was buried in Qalandia camp.
