Kamal Nasser Asaad Barham (born 1944 in Ramin, Tulkarm - ), better known as Kamal Nasser, is a Jordanian-Palestinian politician, serving as a special advisor to King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of Jordan.

 

His upbringing and educational attainment

Kamal Nasser Asaad Barham was born in the village of Ramin in the Tulkarm Governorate in 1944. He received his primary, preparatory and secondary education in schools in Palestine. In 1966, he obtained a BA in Law from Damascus University, and a PhD in Maritime Law in 1980 from Cairo University.

He worked as a lawyer, legal advisor and arbitrator.

He worked as a lecturer in a number of Jordanian universities.
