Azza Zaarour (February 26, 1989-), a Palestinian TV presenter, YouTube content creator, and singer. She was working on MBC 3, where she presented several programs aimed at children and young people, most notably Girls and Bass, Her Thought is Right and Soft Steps.

Azza Omar Zaarour was born on February 26, 1989 in Jenin, Palestine, and her family discovered her strong love for art and singing since her early childhood. During the different school stages, she participated in many artistic and theatrical activities, and recorded some songs. Her artistic participation was not limited to school activities, but became One of the most famous artistic names in Palestine after participating at the age of ten in many local and international festivals, including festivals held in Egypt, the Emirates, Tunisia and France. She began her media career at the age of thirteen, where she presented many children's programs on various channels, and participated By acting in a film, and with some young people, she contributed to the preparation and production of a number of short films, she joined the Municipal Council for Children in Jenin, and helped many children to solve their problems and achieve their dreams, and also participated in many activities demanding the rights of the child,

In 2008, Azza began working on MBC 3, during which she participated in the “Talilee Ahla Alam” program, the “Back to School” program, and covered the Abu Dhabi Festival at the fairgrounds. In 2009, Azza began presenting the "Banat Wabas" program, directed at young girls. The program deals with different, entertaining and useful topics. It is considered one of the most successful programs, with seven seasons running. The last season was shown in 2016, and Azza stated that the "Banat Wabas" program is one of the most important events in her life and she is proud of her role in educating the Arab child.

 

In 2011, Azza began presenting the “Do You Know” program with Dania Shafei and Hassan Al Mulla, and in 2012 she presented a talk show entitled “Let’s Talk”, a program that allows children to express themselves, raise their problems and discuss them with specialized experts. In 2013, she presented the "Soft Steps" program for parents, and mothers in particular, to discuss issues related to raising children. At the end of 2013, she presented the "Telescope" program with Asala Kamel.

In 2014, Azza released the song "Ajmal Friends" and the song was shown on MBC 3.

On February 15, 2015, Azza presented the competition program “Think It Right”, in which the child participates with his family to answer several questions, and win the prize of 50 Saudi riyals. The program was successful and three seasons were made for it, the last season of which was shown in 2017.

In 2015, Azza began uploading several videos on YouTube, singing old songs in her own style to several artists such as Abadi El Gohar, Abu Bakr Salem, Fayrouz, Saber Al Rebai, Al Hadi Al Jouini, Nazem Al Ghazali, Kazem Al Saher, Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Talal Maddah, Magda El Roumi, Abdel Majid Abdullah and Abdel Rab Idris.

At the end of 2015, Azza presented the "Spirit of Adventure" program, in which she traveled to Sri Lanka and experienced several things, including trekking in the forests, fishing and water skiing.

On March 21, 2016, Azza released the song "My Mother" on the occasion of Mother's Day.

At the end of 2016, Azza started presenting the "Beauty Tips" program, a short program in which Azza gives beauty advice to girls.

On February 25, 2018, after 10 years of working on MBC3, Azza decided to leave her job to focus on music, acting, and creating content on YouTube, and within two years she was able to collect more than a million subscribers with her different content of flocs, travel, music, fashion and makeup, and in 2019 Azza won the Silver Shield and the Golden Shield, as well as the Musical Shield for participating in the YouTube Music Opening Ceremony.

On September 13, 2019, Azza released a video clip for the song "Bella Ciao", on her official YouTube channel, which is the famous song of the Spanish series La Casa de Papel, where the idea of the clip was inspired by the series itself, adding an atmosphere of suspense and excitement to its events. The clip "Bella Chow" gained more than a million views a few days after it was posted on YouTube, and Azza played the oud in the clip in addition to singing.

Azza is the eldest in her family, she has one brother named "Rashid" who is an optician and musician, and one sister named "Zeina".

On September 3, 2012, she married the Iraqi oud player "Ahmed Shamma" until they separated in 2019. She announced her engagement on November 17, 2019 from graphic designer "Noor Yassin". Her marriage was on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.

On February 10, 2014, Azza Zaarour and Muhannad Bakheet visited Al-Amal Kindergarten for the Deaf and Al-Wafa School for Capacity Development in Sharjah and shared some of their lessons and activities with a wonderful effectiveness and positive that brought happiness and joy to the hearts of students with disabilities.

In October 2016, Azza participated in the "October Zahr" initiative to fight breast cancer and became the master of the closing ceremony at Al-Shifa Hospital in Jenin in cooperation with the Maryam Foundation for Cancer Control.

On January 22, 2018, Azza became the leader of the annual MBC Hope charity concert.
