Issam alnemer is a Palestinian American big in the world of NASA, and one of the few scientists in the agency that gives the signal launching spacecraft.

Issam alnemer was born in the city of Jenin in 1926 and his mother died immediately when he was two years, where he was to bring his aunt from the city of Tubas to look after him and his upbringing is young and his brothers until they reach the age of majority, and received his primary education in the schools of the city of Jenin and finished high school at a school-Najah in Nablus , then enrolled at the University of "Utah" in the United States in 1949 and graduated in 1953 in Engineering Sciences. He has completed his higher education at New York University where he obtained a doctorate in the calculation of quantities
