Waleed Abd al-Latif Musleh Salah (1916 – 7 October 2010) was a Palestinian jurist and lawyer, who was the Jordanian Minister of Foreign Affairs. He is the son of the prominent Palestinian politician Abd al-Latif Salah.

Walid Abd al-Latif Musleh Salah, who is from a Palestinian family from the city of Tulkarm. He was born in Nablus in 1916, when his father, Abd al-Latif Salah, was working as a lawyer there.

Walid Salah grew up in a well-known political family in the city of Tulkarm. His father, the Palestinian politician and human rights activist, Abdul Latif Musleh Salah, and his cousin, the Jordanian Foreign Minister, Abdullah Amin Musleh Salah, and his cousin Salah al-Din Amin Musleh Salah, one of the most prominent figures in Palestine, the mayor of Tulkarm and a member of the first Palestinian National Council.

Two years after Walid Salah was born, his father, Abd al-Latif, sent him, accompanied by his sister, to Germany, and he stayed there for six years. Jerusalem, where he graduated in 1939 in the field of law, and opened a law office for him in Tulkarem, Nablus and Haifa. Walid Salah married in 1941 and had three sons and two daughters.
