Palestinian lawyer, Monalisa Al-Masry, decided to take advantage of technology in her field of law, to help women with legal matters.
Monaliza has launched an electronic application on the mobile phone called "Ferman", which includes all Palestinian laws and a diverse legal library, for anyone to use at any time and anywhere, especially women.
The application will help women to know the laws and rights while they are at home, consult lawyers and get answers to their inquiries.
Mona Lisa entered the world of leadership through the incubator of the Islamic University through the "BSIS" project funded by the European Union
