The work of His Excellency Judge A. Adnan Abu Wardeh was a lawyer for 3 years, then head of the Central Camps Prosecutor’s Office, then deputy public prosecutor, after which he was appointed as a judge in the Magistrate Court in Gaza, then a judge in the Court of First Instance, and served as its president. He worked as a judge in the Court of Appeal and then as its president, and was a member. At the Supreme Judicial Council, then he was appointed a member of the Supreme Constitutional Court in 2019.
Counselor Adnan Abu Wardeh obtained certificates from the Egyptian Judicial Institute, others in the protection of human rights from the United Nations, and other certificates from the International Conference of Experts in the Judicial Education Conference. He obtained a group of training courses from Birzeit University, including a certificate in crimes against persons, and a course in Skills for drafting judicial decisions, a course in investigation rules and procedures, courses in alternative dispute resolution, as well as a course in crimes against families and juveniles, another in criminal procedures, a course in training trainers to train judges, as well as in the Palestinian administrative judiciary and compensation for road accident victims from the same university. And a course at the American Judicial Institute in alternative dispute resolution.
