Shawqi Abd  Al-Majeed Ahmad Al-Issa (born November 4, 1962 in Bethlehem) is a Palestinian lawyer and former minister. He held the portfolios of the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture in Rami Hamdallah’s third government. He continued his position as Minister of Agriculture until the first reshuffle of the government in July 2015, while he maintained his position as Minister of Social Affairs until his resignation in October 2015.
