Osama is a political activist and lecturer. Osama was born in Fawwar refugee camp, Hebron 1967; educated in Hebron 1985; continued his education in Al-Quds University (1993) where he obtained a BA in Medical Laboratory, he then joined Birzeit University and received his MA in Medical Laboratory (2007), currently preparing for his PhD degree in Hematology.
Osama was arrested in 1983, sentenced to ten years in prison as a result of his affiliation with Fatah movement; elected as a secretary of Fatah in Fawwar refugee camp for the years 1986, 1987, 1988, and 1989. He is also of the co-founders of the Palestinian Medical Technology Association, general director of the Health Minister of the State of Palestine.
