Haitham Salim Zuaiter is a writer and political analyst. Born in Saida - Lebanon in 1964 AD to Palestinian parents who raised him on the love of Palestine. He studied the elementary and secondary levels in Saida - southern Lebanon. Continue his university education. He entered the media field in 1983 AD, where he worked in various media outlets. He worked for the Lebanese newspaper “Al-Liwa’” since 1986 AD, and took over the responsibility of its bureau in Sidon and the south, then he became the editor-in-chief and still is.
Contributed to the establishment of many charitable and cultural associations. He conducted several interviews with important personalities, and revealed many secrets and files that are classified as "first". He refused many positions and party positions, and preferred independence, which contributed to him weaving relations with various parties and forces, even politically disparate or different, so he was confused about who he counted.
Depends on the principle of reconciling the differences and contributes to the convergence of points of view between the disputing persons of political persons, factions or forces. Follow and keep abreast of scientific development, especially in the field of media and administration. Some of the files he published became documents in which many of their studies were based. It owns a large amount of information that is kept under the councils by the secretariats. He is distinguished by his perseverance, his love for work, his accuracy in his follow-up, and his boldness that distinguished his topics and work.

He holds graduate degrees in media and business administration.

He has several books in print. He is married to the journalist, Soraya Hassan, and they have 5 children, two daughters: Raneem and Reem, and triplets, boys: Salim Muhammad and Hassan
