Ibrahim Yahya Al-Shihabi (born 1933 in Lubiyah in Palestine) is a Palestinian writer who was educated in Palestine and then in Syria. He obtained a BA in Arts, Department of English Language and Literature from Damascus University in 1959, a BA in Translation, and a Ph.D. in International Political Relations from California, USA in 1984. He has worked as a lecturer at Damascus University since 1983, and Director-General of the Palestinian National Council since 1983. Member of the Translation Association of the Arab Writers Union. He published a number of short stories, articles, and various studies in various Syrian and Arab magazines.
