Bassam Nihad Ibrahim Jarrar (June 29, 1948 -) is a Palestinian Islamic researcher and thinker, born in Ramallah. As a result of his advocacy and intellectual activities against the Israeli occupation, he was subjected several times to administrative detention in the prisons of the Zionist occupation, which lasted for years, and deportation with the deportees of Marj al-Zohour to Lebanon, and some of his arrests came directly after a lecture he gave in the mosques of the city of Al-Bireh or Ramallah.

On the other hand, some scholars reject his research and many Muslim scholars warn against using the numerical miracles in the Qur’an, because the numerical miracles are not based on specific rules.
