Mr. Salvador Said Somavia serves as Director of Embotelladora Andina S.A. since July 31, 2012. He joined the Company’s Board in April 1992. He also acted as Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board until July 31, 2012. He has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Isapre Cruz Blanca SA, Club Deportivo Palestino SADP, Parque Arauco SA, Edelpa SA, BBVA Sociedad de Leasing Inmobiliario SA and Endeavor Chile. He has served as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company since April 22, 2008 and Member of the Executive Committee since April 14, 2009. On January 26, 2010, he was named Member of the Directors Committee. He is Commercial Engineer graduated from Universidad Gabriela Mistral.
