Information

Randa Bseiso is a businesswoman (born in Kuwait, January 1, 1970) with dual Palestinian and Lebanese nationalities. I studied at Kuwait University. Randa Bseiso was born in Kuwait in the early seventies to a Palestinian father and a Lebanese mother. She was the youngest of the four boys in her family. She grew up in Kuwait, studied in its schools, and then joined the Business Administration-Marketing major at Kuwait University, although she dreamed of being a theater actress or appearing in films.

Randa did not complete her university studies in Kuwait due to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. But this did not prevent her from continuing her career path, as she started her career four years later, joining Project International Group in 1999, and after joining this company four years later, she held the position of Vice President of Training and Development and continued to work for the same company until 2001.

Achievements of Randa Bseiso
In 2001, Randa Bseisu moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and settled there. It also started working on creating an electronic platform for UK universities in order to enhance the presence of these universities all over the world. This was after Bseisu actively sought to obtain an interview with the representative of the British government in Dubai and received great support from the UK Higher Education Funding Council for this step. Between 2002 and 2004, Bseisu held the position of Director of International Business at the British company UKeK. In 2005, Bseisu began drawing a new line for her work, stemming from her desire to give something to her community, as she participated in the Austrian charity for children's support, Save Our Souls.

She joined the fundraisers in support of rural communities that specifically seek to provide for homeless and orphaned children in her home country of Lebanon. But this did not last long because she got a job offer to cooperate with the University of Manchester, which wanted to open a branch in Dubai. Randa started working to establish the branch and made the necessary contacts with political and social bodies to start work and obtained the opening license and the necessary bank credits. In 2006, the Manchester Business School Middle East Center opened. And he started providing his services to students who want to improve their professional affairs and to become better in their work.

Bseisu is still in her position until the present time and always seeks to develop the Middle East Center and eliminate monotonous work and introduce automation in all the work of the Center. The Middle East Center run by Randa Bseisu currently supports approximately 2,500 part-time MBA students in the region. Which makes it one of the largest gatherings in the Middle East. Randa Bseiso was ranked in the 2014 list of the 200 most powerful Arab women. She is also ranked among the most powerful Arab women for the years 2015-2016-2017. She is one of the participants in launching a range of educational initiatives and services, including the Manchester Innovation Award for Emiratis.
