About the author
Born in Birzeit, Palestine in 1955. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Baghdad in 1979.
He worked with the Palestinian resistance and later with the Arab left, and remains active in the Arab Marxist movement.
He was imprisoned for eight years in Syrian prisons.
He has written for numerous Arab newspapers and magazines, including Al-Tariq (Lebanon), Al-Nahj, Dirasat Arabiya, and Al-Wahda.
He has published several books, including:
